About Michelle

As someone who has always been passionate about people, health, and wellness, Michelle has always been drawn to helping others in any way she can. "This allows me to work more hands-on with individuals and help them achieve their goals, not only physically but in all aspects of their lives." - Michelle

Why this work matters to me

For a long time, I saw women pushing through exhaustion, silencing their needs, and believing something was wrong with them when their bodies started to feel overwhelmed.

I do this work because I know that burnout, disconnection, and low confidence are not personal failures — they are signals. Signals that the body needs safety, support, and a different approach.

I believe women deserve wellness that works with their lives, not against them.

My approach to wellness

My philosophy is built on soft strength — the idea that real change happens when we stop forcing and start listening.

Instead of pushing harder, I focus on helping women regulate their nervous systems, rebuild trust with their bodies, and create habits that are sustainable long-term.

Wellness should feel grounding, not draining. Supportive, not punishing. This is about building strength, confidence, and calm in a way that fits your real life.

Who this work is for

I work best with women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves — often women who give a lot to others and struggle to prioritise their own needs.

You might feel stuck in cycles of stress, low energy, or self-doubt, even though you’re “doing all the right things.” You want to feel strong and confident again, but without adding more pressure to your life.

If you’re looking for a supportive, holistic approach that honours both your body and mind, you’re in the right place.

Why my approach is different

As a holistic fitness trainer and life coach, my work sits at the intersection of movement, nervous system regulation, and mindset.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I guide women through a personalised process that helps them understand what their body needs — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

My role is not to push or fix you, but to walk alongside you as a steady guide, helping you reconnect with your own strength, confidence, and self-trust.

You don’t have to figure this out alone
